1) Open the screen cast application on the target device's screen, such as a TV's.
2) On Phone (2), go to Settings> Connect Devices> Connection Preferences> Casts, and search for the target device to cast to.
Requirements:
- The target device supports casting.
- The target device is connected to the same WiFi.
