Please try the following:
1. Check if the charger is working properly by connecting it to other devices. If it's not charging them, it's faulty and will need replacing. Note: Some chargers may have compatibility issues. We recommend you use a mainstream one.
2. If your charger is working, try and:
a) Replace the charging cable or adjust the Type-C connector.
b) Check if there is any foreign object in your phone's charging port. If yes, use a dry tool such as a brush to clean it and try again.
c) Please ensure that the surrounding temperature is suitable during the charging process — between 15°C and 35°C is ideal.
