What do I do if Phone (2) is charging slowly or doesn't fully charge?

Please try the following:

1. Switch to using a Nothing official charger and data cable if using gadgets from a different brand.
2. Replace the charger and data cable to see if the adapter or data cable is broken.
3. Avoide using high-power consumption applications (especially games, videos, cameras, etc.) when charging. If your phone heats up seriously, restart it and wait for the temperature to drop before charging.
4. Ensure you're charging your phone in a suitable temperature between 15°C and 35°C.
5. Restart your phone and re-plug the data cable.
