Please try the following:
1. Check if the game's version is the latest. If not, download the latest one in Google Play.
2. Clear the game's data by going to Settings> Apps> See all Apps. In the game app go to, Storage & Cache> Storage> Clear Cache. Note we don't recommend this method for single-player games.
3. Upgrade to the latest software version and restore your phone to factory settings. Be sure to back up important data beforehand.
