There are two methods.
Method 1: Swipe up from the homescreen>tap on Contacts>select the contact, then tap the 3 vertical dots >Block Numbers>Block
Method 2: Tap on the Dialer app>tap on Contacts>select the contact, then tap the 3 vertical dots>Block Numbers>Block
