How to use Custom Running Coach?

1. After connecting the watch to the Nothing X app, please go to the "My Devices" page and find the "Custom Running Coach" and click on it.
2. After entering the Custom Running Coach interface, you need to enter your name, save it, and then proceed to the health information confirmation. If the information is inaccurate, you can click "Update Health Information" to make the modification. After it is accurate, click "Confirm" to enter the planning page.
3. Select the running training type (3/5/10 kilometers) > Select the target completion time (12~25 minutes) > Select the training time (8~16 weeks) > Select the weekly training days (3~6 days per week as training days) > Select the date to start the first training > Before generating the training plan, you will be prompted to make a selection (Complete Evaluation Run | No Evaluation Run and Continue Generation) > The training course is generated (View the plan)
Evaluation Run: Choose your suitable time and complete a running exercise as required
Continue Generation without Evaluation Run: Don't worry. After you complete the first training, we will still update the subsequent courses based on your current physical condition
