What do I do if the browser doesn't work?

Please follow the below steps:
1. A network problem: Please check whether the network is normal or try using Wi-Fi.
2. Find the browser app by going to Settings>Apps>See all apps>Find the App>Storage&cache>CLEAR STORAGE and CLEAR CACHE.
3. Try restarting the phone.
