USB tethering means internet sharing. It makes your phone a Wi-Fi router and allows you to share your phone's Internet connection with the connected PC. Tethering works when your phone is connected to the Internet via mobile data or a Wi-Fi network.
1. Go to Settings>Network & Internet>Hotspot & tethering>USB tethering.
2. Connect Phone (1) to the computer with the USB cable.
3. Connect to any Wi-Fi with network access or insert the SIM card to the Phone (1) with the available data network.
