What is the sound leakage prevention function?
Our Nothing OWS Earbuds are of the near-ear open sound design, which may easily cause noise disturbance to people around when used at high volume.
Enabling the sound leakage prevention function can reduce the sound leakage of the Earbuds and protect your privacy during calls and music playback. It is a normal phenomenon that there will be some changes in sound quality and volume after this function is turned on. -

How to charge the Earbuds?
Earbuds Charging:
Place the Earbuds in the charging case and close the lid to start charging.
Charging for the Charging Case (Including Earbuds):
Place the Earbuds in the charging case and close the lid;
Connect the charging case to a power source using the included charging cable.
Charging Status Indications:
White blinking of the charging case indicator light: Charging in progress;
Steady white of the indicator light: Charging completed. -
What is the function of the knob(Smart Dial) on the charging case?
Charging case (Smart Dial):

Why does sound leakage occur with the earbuds?
The open design structurally cannot achieve complete sound leakage prevention. Considering that you may have important privacy protection scenarios, you can download the Nothing X app and select the sound leakage prevention feature on it. This feature prioritizes your privacy protection, so there will be a slight reduction in sound quality.

Why does the earbuds volume feel insufficient or inconsistent?
It features our inherent open design, which offers a different experience from in-ear products. You may try adjusting the angle of the Earbuds to ensure that the sound outlets of the Earbuds are aligned with your ear canals.

How to wake up the voice assistant using Earbuds
The default gesture controls of this product cannot activate the voice assistant. You can enter the Nothing X App, select the left ear or right ear in the control settings, and set the tap/long press or double tap and hold gesture to activate the voice assistant. Once the settings are completed, you can activate the voice assistant through the corresponding gesture.

How to trigger control gestures on Earbuds
Please make sure you accurately touch the sensing area. The touch-sensitive zones are located on both lower sides of the ear stem or the circular mark on the upper part of the ear stem. You may refer to the user manual included in the package for exact positions.
Note: The touch sensor is highly sensitive. Avoid touching the sensor area accidentally in advance to prevent false triggers and misoperation recognition.
