What is the "Custom Running Coach"?

Custom Running Coach is a personalised training program designed to systematically improve your aerobic fitness and running performance. For example, if you choose a 10K training plan and set a target finish time, the system will create a guided plan tailored to help you steadily improve and reach your goal.

Please note: This doesn't mean you'll run 10 kilometers in every session. Instead, the plan includes a variety of targeted workouts structured around your goal, gradually building your running ability over time.
