Note: Performing a factory reset will clear all applications, contacts, text messages and other data in your phone, which can't be restored after the operation. What should I be aware of when installing and removing the case?
Please ensure the following when removing and installing the case:
1. Before removing the case, use a SIM card ejector tool to remove the SIM tray. Manually unscrew the knob screw at the bottom right corner of the case counterclockwise, then use a slotted screwdriver to remove the four external slotted screws on the case. Start removing the case from the SIM tray location.
2. Please use a 4-5 mm slotted screwdriver to remove the external slotted screws on the case. Ensure the screwdriver is fully engaged in the slot to avoid scratching the case.
3. Since the screws are not magnetic, please stow them away safely after removal to avoid losing them. -
What tools do I need to remove the case?
To remove the case, please use a 4-5mm slotted screwdriver to unscrew the four slotted screws on the case and use a SIM card ejector tool to remove the SIM tray. If you have purchased accessories, a special tool (a combined SIM card ejector and screwdriver) will be included.
