How long does it take for the earbuds to automatically power off when inactive?
The earbuds automatically power off after 4 hours of inactivity when not connected and not worn (the duration may vary slightly between different devices). To power them on again, place the earbuds back into the charging case. If the earbuds are fully charged and not in use for more than 2 minutes, they enter a timeout mode.

Ear (open) is encased in a plastic housing, with a silicone ear hook and stainless steel hinge. The plastic shell is crafted from high-quality materials, providing lasting resistance to UV exposure and excellent impact resistance.

Is Ear (open) resistant to water/dust?
Ear (open) is rated IP54 for water and dust resistance under IEC standard 60529. The water and dust resistance is not permanent and may decrease over time.
We don't recommend wearing Ear (open) when showering, taking a bath or swimming. If your earbuds come into contact with any liquids, such as rain or sweat, use a dry, lint-free cloth to wipe them clean. Please don't use the earbuds or place them back in the charging case until they are completely dry.
Note: the warranty doesn't cover damage to the device caused by immersion in liquid. -
Do the earbuds charge properly when the charging case is low on battery?
The earbuds charge until the charging case falls below 1% battery. However, when the charging case has nearly depleted, the indicator LED won't turn on, and the charging case button won't respond. Please recharge the charging case promptly in this case.
