Why does the iPhone keep prompting "Forget Device" after connecting to CMF Buds?

If you encounter the "Forget Device" prompt on your iPhone after connecting CMF Buds to iOS, please follow the steps below:

1. Open "Settings" on your iPhone, and tap on "Bluetooth". Find the earbuds you want to forget in the list of devices, tap the "i" icon next to the earbuds and tap "Forget this device".

2. Make sure your app is up to date, or go to the App Store to update.

3. Reconnect the earbuds: With the buds in the open case, press the setup button until the light blinks. Open the Nothing X app and go to "Pair new device" to pair the earbuds.

4. After connecting, enter the app device page, please tap the settings icon in the upper right corner to enter "DEVICE SETTING", and tap "FIRMWARE UPDATE" to complete the latest firmware update.

5. After updating the firmware, please follow step 1, select CMF Buds in "Settings" - "Bluetooth" and tap "Forget this device" again.

6. After forgetting the device, please follow step 4 to pair again. After pairing is completed, the device will return to normal.
