Why aren’t my headphones charging?

1. Check whether there is any foreign object inside the USB Type-C charging port. 2. Try using a different Type-C charging cable. 3. Please use a power adapter with a charging output of at least 5W. 4. Make sure to charge the headphones in a room-temperature environment (around 25°C), then try again.
