Charging issue

This section Created by api

  • Why are my earbuds unable to change when placed in the charging case?

Use Ear (stick) where the ambient temperature is between 0º and 45º C. Low or high temperature conditions might cause the device to change its behaviour. If the interior temperature of the device exceeds the normal operating range, the device will protect its internal components by attempting to regulate its temperature. If this happens, charging might slow or stop. Please bring the device back to regular ambient temperatures and try charging again.

    1. If the earbuds and charger case are completely out of power, continuously charge for 4 hrs and observe again.
    2. Replace the cable and charger and see if this works.
    3. Charge the earbud in a lower temperature enviroment and try again. If the issue cannot be resolved, take your device and proof of purchase to an authorised Nothing Service Centre for assistance.
