How can I get my earbuds to charge again?

Please try one of the following options:

1. Check if the charging pins on the earphones and the metal connectors inside the charging case are clean.
2. Gently shake the charging case to ensure the earphones and the metal contacts are tightly connected, then check if charging resumes.
3. Place the earphones inside the charging case, connect the charger, and charge for 10 minutes to see if charging is restored.
4. Open the charging case, press and hold the pairing button for 10 seconds until the indicator light turns on, then try reconnecting.
