Please try one of the following options:
1. Check if there is debris inside the charging port of the case.
2. Try using another cable or charger.
3. Plug the charger in and out several times and try charging again.
4. Charge the earphone at an optimal charging temperature (about 25°C) and check if this solves the issue.
