If messages are not being sent while playing, try the following:
1. Enter Settings Apps See all apps. Find the app you want go to App Info Storage and Cache. Clear the cache to remove data and restart your phone. Log in to the game and try again.
2. Change to a different network or use WiFi.
3. Uninstall and reinstall the game.
