If you can't download apps, please try the following:
1. Switch to a different network and try again.
2. Uninstall and delete unused software or files.
3. Clear the data cache. Go to Settings Apps See all apps select an app Storage and cache Clear storage and Clear Cache.
4. Backup your phone data (contact, text message, etc.) and restore your phone to factory settings.
