Why isn't the Earbuds actively and automatically connecting/reconnecting to my device?

1. When the Earbuds have established connection records with multiple devices, they will prioritize reconnecting to the last device they were connected to the previous time when turned on again. Please confirm whether the device you used the Earbuds with for the last time is the one you are currently using.
2. After the Earbuds are taken out of the charging case, if they fail to find the last connected device within one minute, they will enter a connection timeout state. You need to put the Earbuds back into the case, close the lid for 5 seconds, and then open the lid to initiate the connection again.
3. Press and hold the pairing button for 10 seconds or more to restore the Earbuds to factory settings, and then re-pair them for use.
4. If the above steps fail to solve your problem, please use the Nothing X App to download and install the latest software and try again.

*All custom functions of the device have been integrated into the system settings of Nothing OS version 1.1.4 and above. Please go to the Google Play Store to keep the Nothing X App updated to the latest version.

Note: If your earbuds support recording, a factory reset will delete all unsynced recordings saved on the earbuds. Uninstalling or reinstalling the Nothing X App will also erase all recordings in the app. Please back up important recordings first before performing a factory reset, uninstalling or reinstalling the app to avoid data loss.
