The Earbuds run out of power quickly.

1. The power consumption of the Earbuds varies when used in different scenarios. For example, ambient noise under different conditions affects power consumption because it involves noise processing requirements. Additionally, the on/off status of LDAC, the on/off status of ANC, or the on/off status of transparency mode also leads to differences in power consumption. Power consumption usually reaches its peak during voice calls.
2. During actual use (or when the temperature is below 0°C), excessive volume, the audio bitrate being played, and environmental interference factors will all affect battery life. We recommend that you appropriately lower the volume and use the AAC mode to enhance your battery life experience.
3. When pre-recording of Snapshot is enabled, the earbuds continuously maintain a short rolling audio buffer in the background so that audio captured just before you trigger a Snapshot can be included in the recording. Because the microphones and audio processing system remain active more frequently, overall battery life may be reduced compared to normal use.If maximizing battery life is a priority, you can disable Snapshot pre-recording in Nothing X app. Nothing X app--Recordings--the gear icon in the upper-right corner-- Recording window--Drag the left knob to 0.
*For reference on how to set the AAC mode:
1) After connecting the Earbuds to your phone via Bluetooth, select the connected Nothing Earbuds in the Bluetooth settings, enter the detailed Bluetooth device settings, find Media audio, and select HD (AAC) or directly enable AAC.
2) After connecting the Earbuds to your phone via Bluetooth, enter the "Developer mode" (reference path: Go to Settings - Additional settings - Developer options, find the Bluetooth audio codec, and select AAC.
**Due to differences in phone brands and models, the specific setting path may vary. Please refer to the actual settings.
3. Please upgrade your app to the latest version via the Google Play Store or the iOS App Store, then find the Settings and tap Firmware Update in the app.
4. If the above suggestions still fail to solve your problem, press the button on the charging case for 10 seconds to perform a factory reset, and then try again.

Note: If your earbuds support recording, a factory reset will delete all unsynced recordings saved on the earbuds. Uninstalling or reinstalling the Nothing X App will also erase all recordings in the app. Please back up important recordings first before performing a factory reset, uninstalling or reinstalling the app to avoid data loss.
