The state of ANC (on / off) or Transparency Mode can also impact power consumption. Peak battery usage typically occurs during voice calls.
    2. During actual use (especially in temperatures below 0°C), factors like high volume, audio bitrate, or environmental interference can reduce battery life. We recommend lowering the volume slightly and enabling AAC mode to improve battery performance.

    How to enable AAC mode:
    Option 1: After connecting the headphones via Bluetooth, go to the Bluetooth settings, select the connected device, then locate Media Audio and choose HD (AAC) or directly enable AAC.
    Option 2: After connecting via Bluetooth, go to Developer Options (Path: Settings > Additional Settings > Developer Options), find Bluetooth Audio Codec, and select AAC.*
    3. Please update your app to the latest version from the Google Play Store or iOS App Store. Go to Settings in the app and check for Firmware Updates.
    4. If the above suggestions still fail to resolve your issue, please insert a USB cable and click the power button within 3 seconds to restore the headphones to factory settings, then try again.

    3. Please update your app to the latest version via the Google Play Store or iOS App Store, find Settings, and press Firmware Update in the app.

    4. The charging case has a knob control function, which can also affect earbud battery life. You can disable this feature in the app.
