1. Since device searching is an interactive process between a mobile phone and Earbuds, there may be a Bluetooth logic issue on the mobile phone side, which prevents the Earbuds from being detected. This phenomenon is not a problem with the Earbuds. You can try turning off and then turning on the mobile phone's Bluetooth, or restarting the terminal device and trying to search again.
2. If the problem persists, you can place both Earbuds in the charging case, close the lid, and wait for more than 30 seconds to perform a hard restart on the Earbuds. Alternatively, you can place the Earbuds in the case and open the lid, then press and hold the function button for more than 10 seconds to restore the Earbuds to their factory settings before trying again.
Note: If your earbuds support recording, a factory reset will delete all unsynced recordings saved on the earbuds. Uninstalling or reinstalling the Nothing X App will also erase all recordings in the app. Please back up important recordings first before performing a factory reset, uninstalling or reinstalling the app to avoid data loss.
