1. When the charging case is low on power, it cannot charge the Earbuds. However, the Earbuds can still reconnect to it. It is recommended to wait 2 seconds after closing the case lid before opening it again.
2. When the charging case has an extremely low battery, it can neither charge the Earbuds nor allow them to reconnect. It will function normally once it is charged.
We strongly recommend that you connect the charging case to a power source to charge it as soon as possible when it is low on power.
