First, please ensure the earphones are worn with an optimal seal. If the fit and seal are already optimal, we recommend downloading the Nothing X app, navigating to the EQ section within the app, and selecting a preset sound profile or customizing the equalizer settings to your preference.
If you encounter audio static or distortion, please verify that the equalizer (EQ) function in your music player application has been disabled.
