1. When the speaker has connection records for multiple devices, it will preferentially reconnect to the last‑connected device upon power‑on. Please check whether the last device used with the speaker is your current active device.
2. After the speaker powers on or exits Sleep mode, the reconnection timeout period is 10 minutes. Once timed out, the speaker enters a connectable but undiscoverable state. You will need to long‑press the Bluetooth Button until the back White LED flashes, then search and connect from your device.
3. Long‑press the Bluetooth pairing key for 10 seconds or longer to perform a factory reset, then re‑pair the speaker for use.
4. If the above steps fail to resolve your issue, download and install the latest firmware via the Nothing X App and try again.
