Why does the Bluetooth connection to the speaker disconnect after tapping my phone against the speaker with NFC multiple times?

The NFC feature is designed to help your phone quickly recognize and pair with the speaker. Once the speaker is connected and playing audio, there is no need to tap the NFC area again.
Tapping the NFC area during active playback may cause your phone to re-initiate the device recognition or pairing process. This can result in brief audio stuttering, interruptions, or on some phones, a complete Bluetooth disconnection. (Note: The NFC feature is not designed to disconnect the speaker.)
How to Recover & Tips:
Reconnect: If the Bluetooth connection drops, please go to your phone's Bluetooth settings and manually select the speaker to reconnect.
Resume Playback: Once successfully reconnected, simply resume your audio playback.
Usage Tip: To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid placing your phone near or tapping the speaker's NFC area while music is playing.
