What is the difference between the Main drivers and Precision driver in Advanced EQ?
The Main drivers consist of the Bass dynamic driver and the Treble xMEMS driver, and are used to adjust the overall sound across bass, midrange and treble. The Precision driver is used to fine-tune finer details and subtle changes in the sound, helping improve clarity, instrument separation and overall detail.

What is the Broadcast Audio connection range of Headphone (1) Pro?
Auracast is based on Bluetooth technology and typically offers a connection range of around 10 metres. The actual range may vary depending on the environment. It may extend further in open areas with no obstructions or signal interference, while walls, obstacles or wireless interference may reduce the range to less than 10 metres.

Which devices can be connected via Broadcast Audio on the Headphone (1) Pro?
Headphone (1) Pro supports Auracast™, working as both a transmitter and receiver.
As a transmitter:
Connect Headphone (1) Pro to your phone, computer, TV, or other audio source via Bluetooth to broadcast audio simultaneously to multiple nearby Auracast™-supported audio devices, such as headphones, earbuds, and speakers.
Your phone does not need to support Auracast™ broadcasting. Simply connect it to Headphone (1) Pro via Bluetooth to broadcast via Auracast™, regardless of the phone brand or model.
The receiving device must support Auracast™. Auracast™ support may vary across devices.
As a receiver:
Receive broadcast audio from Auracast™-supported devices from other brands. -
What is the function of Broadcast Audio on the Headphone (1) Pro?
Broadcast Audio lets you share audio from your device or listen to audio shared by others nearby using Auracast technology, with no pairing required. It works across compatible devices and supports shared listening experiences.

What is Flat EQ on the Headphone (1) Pro?
Flat EQ
Tuned with Metropolis Studios, Flat EQ removes artificial audio enhancements and colouration.
How to use
Flat EQ provides audio creators with a clean, neutral sound for reviewing tracks, comparing mixes or making critical listening decisions. For everyday listening, it can also be used when you prefer a sound with less additional processing. Use the Switch on the left earcup to quickly toggle between Flat EQ and your everyday listening settings.
Reminder
When Flat EQ is enabled, Transparency Mode, Spatial Audio and all EQ settings are disabled.

How do I charge the Headphone (1) Pro?
When the headphones battery is low, it is recommended to use a standard charger with a Type-C charging cable. The headphones support charging at up to 5W.
Tips: If the headphones will not be used for an extended period, it is recommended to keep the battery level above 50%. -
