Weather information issue

  • Why is the time on my Watch 3 Pro different from my phone?
    1. Check Connection:
    Ensure that the watch is connected to the Nothing X app and that Bluetooth is connected to your phone.
    2. Sync Weather Data:
    Check if the weather update time on the watch is the latest. If the watch is disconnected, it will display the weather information from the last connection. Reconnect to update the weather information.
    3. Phone Compatibility:
    If you are not using a Nothing Phone, the source of weather data may be different, which can cause discrepancies.
    4. Restart the Watch:
    Press the Functional Crown on the watch to enter **Settings** > **System Menu** > tap **Restart** or long-press the crown and select **Restart** and check again.
    5. Firmware Upgrade:
    In the Nothing X app, go to the **Device** page and select **Device Upgrade** to update the firmware to the latest version.
    6. Reset the Watch:
    If the above steps do not resolve the issue, press the Functional Crown on the watch to enter **Settings** > **System Menu** > tap **Reset** and check if the problem is resolved.
  • What can I do if the weather information on my Watch 3 Pro does not update or does not display?

    6. Upgrade the Nothing X app to the latest version in the Google Play Store or App Store to check if this resolves the issue.
    7. If the above steps do not resolve the issue, press the button on Watch 3 Pro to enter Settings > System Menu. Click Reset. Then, check again to see if the issue is resolved.
