When the earbuds are in an unconnected and unworn state, they will enter an auto power-off mode after 60 minutes (this duration may vary between products). To reactivate them, you need to manually place the earbuds back into the charging case.

The earbuds have an IP55 protection rating (level 5 dustproof and level 5 waterproof), based on the IEC 60529 testing standard, tested under controlled laboratory conditions. However, the charging case is not designed to be waterproof.

The earbuds are not designed for swimming or other water sports and should not be worn in the shower. If you use the earbuds while training, sweating heavily or splashing water, please wipe them clean with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth before placing them back in the charging case. Do not use heat or compressed air to dry the earbuds.

Please note that damage caused by immersion in liquid is not covered under the warranty.

The earbuds charge until the charging case falls below 1% battery. However, when the charging case has nearly depleted, the indicator LED won't turn on, and the charging case button won't respond. Please recharge the charging case promptly in this case.

CMF Buds 2 series can store records for up to 8 devices at maximum capacity.

Once the CMF earbuds is paired with your device, you can use a single earbud. Please note, the initial pairing can only be done with both earbuds.

Spatial Audio Effect is built based on the Head-Related Transfer Function (HRTF) model. It creates cinematic-grade 3D spatial sound, providing a fully immersive listening experience with omni-directional sensation in the ear canal without limitations on audio sources, allowing users to enjoy a cinema-grade experience at any time. Smart Adaptive Mode automatically optimises noise cancellation by analysing wearing status and external noise leakage every time the earbuds are in ANC ON mode. The earbuds automatically detect the fit and surrounding noise, then generate optimal noise cancellation parameters to provide the best possible noise reduction experience. This process is fully automated and does not require any manual intervention – the algorithm runs automatically based on the usage conditions.

The algorithm requires specific conditions to operate. If these conditions are not met, the earbuds will default to a fixed strong noise cancellation mode. Regardless of whether the algorithm is activated, your basic noise cancellation experience will not be affected.

To ensure the algorithm functions correctly, please follow these guidelines:

1. The earbuds need to be in ANC ON mode by default after wearing. You can switch to ANC ON through the app or by holding the touch area, then remove and reinsert the earbuds to trigger in-ear detection and Smart Adaptive Mode.
2. To achieve noticeable noise cancellation improvement, the surrounding noise should be greater than 65 dB during detection.
3. Avoid swallowing or making similar motions while wearing the earbuds during the detection process.
If you feel a difference in the noise cancellation effect, you can remove and reinsert the earbuds under the above conditions to retrigger the detection algorithm.

Adaptive Mode monitors the noisiness of your environment and adjusts the noise cancellation accordingly, for the optimum audio experience.
