  • Why can’t I use ChatGPT on CMF Headphone Pro?

    CMF Headphone Pro supports ChatGPT. Ensure you're following the below steps:  

    1. Update your Nothing phone to the latest system version.
    2. Update and use the latest Nothing X app from the Google Play Store.
    3. Download, install and log into the ChatGPT app from Google Play Store, and use the ChatGPT Voice function at least once.
    4. In the Nothing X app, go to Controls, then set ChatGPT as the action for Single Press or Press & Hold gestures and apply the setting.
    *Please note that this is compatible with Nothing and CMF Phones only.
    If the issue persists, contact Nothing Support for further assistance.

  • Why does the amplitude display of volume accommodation differ in connected devices?

    Due to the different amplitude designs for calculating volume adjustments in devices, the amplitude display in other connected devices may be different.

  • How to find the SN/IMEI of my Nothing product?
    For Nothing Ear's products, the serial number can be found on the box just below the bar code or engraved on the metallic closure of the case lid.
    For Nothing Phone, you can find it on Settings - About phone.
    For Nothing Adapter, the serial number can be found on the body - SN. 
    For Nothing Ear (stick), the serial number can be found inside the charging case.

    Use "Find My Earbud" on the Nothing X app. This feature will trigger the earbuds to play a sound to help you locate them.
